Responsibilities:

  • KPI Management – Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive disposition success. Regularly evaluate and adjust KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
    1. Listing Management – Post and manage property listings, ensuring accurate and compelling representation in marketing materials that generate quick but profitable sales.
    2. Script & Objections Mastery – Be a master of our script and objection-handling techniques. Ensure consistent and effective communication with potential buyers.
    3. Market Analysis – Conduct market analysis to determine optimal pricing, marketing, and positioning strategies for properties under contract.
    4. Buyer List Management – Source, verify, and grow our buyer list while simultaneously managing and improving our current buyer relationships.
  • Property Sale and Disposition – Oversee the entire process of property sale and disposition, ensuring timely and profitable outcomes.
  • Purchase & Sale Agreements – Negotiate, draft, and execute assignments as well as purchase and sale agreements. Ensure legal and contractual compliance throughout the acquisition process.
  • Evaluating Properties – Conduct thorough and accurate evaluations of properties to assess potential acquisitions. Analyze property data and market trends to make informed decisions.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

8:00 AM EST -5:00PM EST

8:00 AM – 12:00PM = 4 Hours Shift

12:00 PM – 1:00PM = 1 Hour Break

1:00 PM – 5:00PM = 4 Hour Shift

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate and/or phone sales, with a focus on KPI-driven strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive disposition optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with our team and buyers.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, initiative, and progress in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in real estate and dispositions.
