Responsibilities:

    1. Calendar Management – Efficiently manage and organize executive calendars, ensuring optimal use of time and a focus on creating time for the most important revenue generating activities.
    2. Email Management – Handle and prioritize executive emails, responding and managing correspondence effectively.
    3. Slack Management – Facilitate communication by managing Slack channels and ensuring timely responses.
    4. Social Media Management – Manage social media platforms including video editing and content management. Assist in maintaining executive social media accounts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    5. Attend Internal Business Meetings – Participate in internal business meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items with all meeting attendees.
    6. Bill Accounting – Manage executive expenses, process invoices, and maintain accurate accounting records.
    7. Travel Arrangement – Coordinate travel plans including bookings, itineraries, and accommodations.
    8. Ordering Items – Facilitate procurement by managing orders for necessary items and supplies.
    9. Task Assignment/Project Creation – Assist in task assignment and project creation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
    10. Track Company Success – Monitor and compile data to track company success and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to complete different assignments with minimal oversight and instructions. 
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in calendar management tools, email platforms, and productivity software.
