As a Lead Manager at our organization, you will be instrumental in helping sellers while producing new offer appointments utilizing our streamlined intake strategies. Responsibilities:

  1. KPI Management โ€“ Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive pipeline management success. Regularly evaluate and adjust KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
  2. Acquisitions Pipeline – Strategically manage the acquisitions pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize acquisition strategies.
  3. Warm Leads Pipeline – Nurture and maintain a pipeline of warm leads through effective communication and engagement strategies. Implement lead nurturing tactics to move leads through the sales funnel when appropriate.
  4. Dead Leads Pipeline – Identify, categorize, and revive dead leads. Follow sales strategies to re-engage inactive leads.
  5. Seller Lead Dials – Manage and track outbound dials to potential sellers. Optimize dialing strategies for maximum efficiency.
  6. Seller Lead Conversion – Work closely with sales teams to enhance the conversion rate of seller leads. Analyze conversion data and implement improvements.
  7. Seller Lead Appointments Set – Coordinate and schedule appointments with potential sellers based on motivation levels. Optimize appointment-setting processes for increased efficiency.
  8. Lead and Task Management –ย  Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all open and pending leads and tasks on a daily basis. Implement strategies to streamline lead management workflows.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

8:00 AM EST -5:00PM EST

8:00 AM – 12:00PM = 4 Hours Shift

12:00 PM – 1:00PM = 1 Hour Break

1:00 PM – 5:00PM = 4 Hour Shift

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead management and call services, with a focus on KPI-driven strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting motivation levels to drive our pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with our team and sellers.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, initiative, and progress in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in real estate and lead management.
