Responsibilities:
- FBM – Facebook Marketing – Develop and execute strategic Facebook marketing campaigns to source seller leads. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- SEO – Search Engine Optimization – Implement and oversee effective SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and search engine rankings. Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure best practices. Independently produce blog posts, build backlinks, and improve domain authority for targeted keywords.
- SMM – Social Media Management – Manage and curate content across various social media platforms. Foster engagement and build brand presence through social media channels.
- Sourcing Seller Leads – Implement strategies for identifying and sourcing potential seller leads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert leads into successful acquisitions.
- Sourcing Buyer Leads – Identify and target potential buyers through simple yet productive strategies. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Marketing List Management – Organize and maintain marketing lists for targeted outreach. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
- FB Ads – Create, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve performance goals. Conduct A/B testing and leverage insights and KPI data to enhance ad effectiveness.
- Public Data Lists – Utilize public data sources to enhance lead generation and marketing efforts. Stay informed on data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
- Lead Management – Effectively create new leads for our sales teams. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead nurturing strategies.
- KPI Management – Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive marketing success. Regularly evaluate and adjust KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Facebook Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, initiative, and progress in a fast-paced environment.
