Responsibilities:

    1. Time Tracking – Implement and oversee time tracking systems to ensure accurate recording of employee working hours. Analyze time data for efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain Company Policies – Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Regularly review and update policies to align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures – Create and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency. Train employees on SOPs and ensure consistent implementation and understanding by all employees.
  • Managing Employees – Oversee day-to-day activities to maintain smooth operations. Address employee concerns and facilitate effective communication.
  • Employee Hiring – Collaborate with Human Resources to identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment process. Ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Employee Onboarding – Develop and enhance onboarding processes for new employees. Provide a comprehensive orientation to integrate new hires into the organizational culture.
  • Employee Retention and Management – Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Address performance issues promptly and constructively.
  • Employee Offboarding – Develop and manage offboarding processes with a focus on knowledge transfer and smooth transitions. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Executive Support – Provide administrative and executive support to executives to ensure all aspects of the business are running smoothly and continuously improving.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on employee lifecycle processes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple team members.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work effectively with and manage our team.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, initiative, and progress in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in sales, marketing, and operations management.
