Responsibilities:
- Real Estate and Operational Expertise – Leverage a strong background in real estate and operations to collaborate with sellers, title companies, tenants, project managers, contractors, lenders, and others involved with our transactions.
- Transaction Documentation – Analyze contract details to ensure proper completion and documentation. Analyze all documents related to property closings.
- Document Management – Scan and upload all required documents related to properties into our CRM and Google Drive. Ensure all files are organized for easy access for the team.
- Flexibility and Availability – Display a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings when necessary.
- Title Agency Collaboration – Work closely with partnering Title Agencies to ensure the smooth closing of all properties.
- Stakeholder Relationships – Build rapport and work closely with all sellers, buyers, and contractors involved in each transaction.
- Day-to-Day Operations Oversight – Oversee day-to-day operations of the transactions and disposition department ensuring proper timeline compliance.
- Financial & Sensitive Information Handling – Create, maintain, and produce both inbound and outbound wire transfers to title agencies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator in the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to drive transactions from contract to close.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with our team and business relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, initiative, and progress in a deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of trends and best practices for real estate transaction processes and regulations.
