Responsibilities:
- KPI Management – Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive acquisition success. Regularly evaluate and adjust KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Lead Management – Effectively manage leads through the offer lifecycle, from appointment to offer to conversion. Collaborate with sales team to optimize lead nurturing strategies.
- Script & Objections Mastery – Be a master of our script and objection-handling techniques. Ensure consistent and effective communication with potential sellers.
- Evaluating Properties – Conduct thorough and accurate evaluations of properties to assess potential acquisitions. Analyze property data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Property Sale and Acquisition – Oversee the entire process of property purchase and acquisition, ensuring timely and profitable outcomes.
- Purchase & Sale Agreements – Negotiate, draft, and execute purchase and sale agreements. Ensure legal and contractual compliance throughout the acquisition process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate and/or phone sales, with a focus on KPI-driven strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive acquisition optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with our team and sellers.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, initiative, and progress in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in real estate and acquisitions.
